Please note - as we do not open weekends or any UK Bank Holidays including Good Friday, any orders placed on a Friday or before the start of a Bank Holiday will be shopped for the next working day.

Parcel Force International
This is the service we recommend and is cheaper than over-the-counter prices at the Post Office. This air service aims to deliver within 2 to 10 working days after dispatch depending on location (subject to potential customs delays). All parcels must be signed for and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. The cost depends on the total weight and destination of the goods. Postage rates become more economical the more you order.
BPost Landmark Service
Is an Economy service and is offered Worldwide. The service offers tracking and your parcel will need to be signed for on delivery. Being an economy service, delivery times are slower than the other services we offer (subject to potential customs delays) and the tracking is not always up to date. We estimate a delivery date of around 15-17 working days but this depends on any customs/Brexit delays. The cost depends on the size and weight of the parcel and the price can be very economical for some Countries.

Is an air service. This service aims to deliver your parcel within 1 to 6 working days from dispatch (subject to potential customs delays). All parcels must be signed for and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. The cost depends on the total weight of your goods and destination country. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service to PO Boxes. All parcels must be signed for and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
Orders to the UK
Orders to UK addresses have a number of options. We offer Parcelforce 24 and 48-hour service plus DHL Express, both of which are next working day services. These services are actioned upon dispatch and not when orders are originally placed as we are personal shoppers and need to obtain items first and foremost. Please do keep this in mind when ordering as items may take a few extra days to obtain.
Change of Courier
We may, at our discretion, send your order with an alternative courier which could alter the estimated delivery timescale. We may do this due to remote delivery locations, industrial dispute disruptions or any other reason.
Increased security measures have resulted in couriers limiting quantities of liquids on aeroplanes. As a result, we may, at our discretion, substitute smaller containers of fluids destined for certain destinations, or we may decline an order and refund your money if no suitable alternative exists. Parcelforce only allow up to 5 Litres of liquid sent overseas. Please do keep this in mind when ordering and choosing your delivery service.
Customs and Import
Duties/VAT fees may be applicable to all parcels and it is up to you as the customer to check any restrictions or charges (including quarantine fees) that are applicable in your country before ordering as we will not be held responsible for these charges. Here at Britsuperstore, we have many years of experience in packing parcels that are shipped safely all around the world. You will see when you order from us that depending on the destination of the order, there are a number of shipping rates and delivery times to choose from. The delivery times are, unless stated, estimates in working days and apply from the day of posting and could be subject to customs delays. There may be restrictions or duties involved with your goods, and as the customer, it is your responsibility to check, as any charges incurred for this will be at your cost. Please refer to your local import authority for further information. At our discretion, we may opt to send your order with an alternative courier which could alter the estimated delivery timescale. This may happen due to remote delivery locations, industrial dispute disruptions, or other reasons.
If your goods are returned to us by your selected courier and an attempted delivery has been made (as shown on the courier's website), then we will contact you via e-mail to arrange redelivery, you will be recharged for the shipping costs incurred for the parcel sent back to us and for it to be resent back out to you.
