Shipping & Delivery
Here at Britsuperstore we have many years of experience in packing parcels that are shipped safely all around the world. You will see when you order from us that depending on the destination of the order, there are a number of shipping rates and delivery times to choose from.The delivery times are, unless stated, estimates in working days and apply from the day of posting and could be subject to customs delays. There may be restrictions or duties involved with your goods, and as the customer it is your responsibility to check, as any charges incurred for this will be at your cost. Please refer to your local import authority for further information. At our discretion, we may opt to send your order with an alternative courier which could alter the estimated delivery timescale. This may happen due to remote delivery locations, industrial dispute disruptions or for other reasons.
- We do not send part orders, we will only despatch complete orders. However, if a product is not available, a refund will be credited to your card or Paypal for the cost of the product and also the cost of the shipping and will be included on your receipt.

- Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. Cookies are also used to remember login detail if your pc allows this along with information in the My Account section of the site. Returns & Replacements
We always purchase the most current stock available and buy goods on demand. All images on the site are for illustration purposes only. Please return your goods to us for a refund if you are unhappy with them. However please note the refund is for goods only, we are unable to refund any postage costs. The refund does not apply to baby food, formula or milk as these items are non returnable. If any items arrive damaged or missing, once informed we will look into the claim and refund where necessary for the goods and postage costs relating to the damaged or missing items only.
It makes sense to open a free account. This can be done by clicking log in at the top of the page. You can also log in using your facebook account or simply enter your email address and your preferred password; just follow the online prompts. At the checkout stage of the site it is also possible to open an account once you have everything in your cart. Alternatively you can just log out as a guest. By opening an account with us you will have access to information regarding your order, view your order details, track your parcel and if required, easily re-order. There is also an added bonus of collecting loyalty shopping points on purchases you make on your next order.
The site allows you to search for your particular product either via a browse by section journey, selecting a department, which then gives you a brand driven option. Or if you prefer, you can also search the store by sections. Once chosen you are then able to filter your search to locate your chosen product.
There is no maximum order. However please note on some larger orders there may be a delay before dispatch. This is dependent on the product and quantity ordered. If your order is required by a certain date please contact us.
The items you order are shopped for on the first working day after the order is placed and providing all items are available to us, they are despatched that day by your chosen courier. Delivery time very much depends on the individual service. However certain items can cause delays as we do not shop in all stores everyday. Delays can also be due to unavailability of items, custom regulations, courier company problems, timing of the order and of course should the need arise for us to contact you regarding your order, there may be time zone differences.
Any items unavailable will be refunded, along with the cost of the shipping to your card or Paypal account.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, all major credit cards and Paypal are accepted on the site. Please note our prices are in pounds sterling. Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency if shopping from outside the UK,
At no stage do your card details become available to us. We use SagePay to process our card payments who are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company.They deal directly with our bank who will seek authorisation from your card issuer.
Once you have completed your online shop you will receive a confirmation email. If you have opened an account you will be able to log in and view your order online.
Updating Account Information
You can view and amend your details, track your parcel, view order, reorder, check your reward point balance and subscribe and unsubscribe to our news emails when you log into your account at the top of the web page.
