Without a large volume of parcels these companies are reluctant to offer any discount incentives and you will find it difficult to compete with other companies who are already established in the worldwide export trade.

If you are not sure as to where Parcel Force will deliver, or how long parcels may take, please feel free to contact us as we have all the relevant details. This also includes Countries who do not allow importation of certain goods.

Exporting parcels could not be easier,  you don't even have to go to the post office and stand in the queue for ½ an hour. Just fill in the docket and make one simple phone call, that's all it takes.

 

So how does it work?

  • Firstly you will need to apply to open an account with us you may do this here

  • When you have a parcel to send you need to telephone 08708 50 11 50. They will require our contract number  and company name  along with your address, the recipients address and the type of service you require ( the collection of the parcel is free of charge )

  • We recommend that you do not send to PO Box numbers, as there is usually always a problem with delivery.

  • You should attach a commercial invoice to every parcel

  • The prices on the spreadsheet are based on weight, however,  we also are charged by volumetric weight and you will be invoiced for which ever is the greater. Volumetric weight is worked out on the size of the parcel by measuring in cm height X depth X Width divided by 6000

  • Each parcel has a free insurance value of £150.00 further insurance is available at £5.00 for every £500.00

  • Online tracking is available from door to door at http://www.parcelforce.com If for any reason your parcel is delayed please check online at the above address to find the status, and if you need further assistance contact us, as we are one of the top 500 customers with Parcel Force and have a direct line to senior team members who deal with any problems.

  • As we do not see or weigh your parcel, we take the weight from the invoice we receive from Parcel Force. This will  be the weight you will be invoiced from us.

  • You will be invoiced monthly via an e-mail and we require you to pay with in 7 days to allow us to pay our bill.
