It provides online shopping for all things UK- including M&S goodies and lots of chocolate items. Also washing powders, shampoos etc - loads of stuff in other words.
We ordered Cow & Gate organic baby milk from them (you can't get organic formula for a child under 12 months in 47 of the 50 states). It was only marginally more expensive than in Tescos or Sainsburys (or Superquinns, for the Irish among you) and the shipping was much less than getting my mum to post it over. Shipping (by parcelforce) was the most expensive part - but our package arrived within 5 working days and with FDA approval! We only placed a small order this time (to make sure that Saoirse would drink the stuff). Next time we'll place a much bigger order - but the shipping won't change so much..... it's quite economical for large orders. Even with our very small order it was only marginally more expensive to import from the UK than to buy the regular American formula. If we place a big order it'll be cheaper than buying ordinary formula at a discount store in the US. Go figure!!
So, I was thrilled with their service.
