Here is an overview of the services we offer here at Britsuperstore. We have no minimum or maximum order amount.
Parcel Force Euro 48 and International Scheduled: - This is the service we recommend. This is at least 50% cheaper than what your friends or family can send it to you without the hassle. This air mail service aims to deliver with in 2 to 10 working days after dispatch depending on location. All parcels must be signed for and a tracking service is available. The Cost depends on the total weight and destination of the goods. Postage Rates become more economical the more you order.
DHL Express is an air mail service. This service aims to deliver your parcel within 1 to 6 working days, with alot of countries offering a next day service. All parcels must be signed for and a tracking service is available. The cost depends on the total weight of your goods and destination country. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service to PO Boxes.
Parceline DPD service is a road service with varying delivery times. All parcels must be signed for and a tracking service is available. The cost will depend on the total weight of your parcel.
Royal Mail Air and Standard mail: - These services are for small packets. All parcels must weigh under 2KG, so your order may be split into a number of boxes.This is ideal for smaller orders that are less urgent. Price and timescales depend on the total weight of your order, final destination and which service you select. Please note that transit times are in working days. If your order is more then 2KG this option will not be available.
Orders to UK addresses are sent with one of our courier services. All parcels must be signed for and a tracking service is available.
Customs and Import duties are applicable to all parcels and it is up to you as the customer to check any restrictions or charges that are applicable in your country as we will not be held responsible for these charges.
If your goods are returned to us by your selected courier and an attempted delivery has been made(As shown on couriers website) then we will contact you via e-mail to arrange redelivery, but will have to recharge you for the shipping costs incurred.
