We send thousands of parcels worldwide, each one personalised to suit your needs and we offer a wide selection of services and rates. Our quoted delivery timescales are aimed from the day of dispatch and may be subject to customs delays.
Here is an overview of the services we offer here at Britsuperstore. We have no minimum or maximum order amount.
Parcel Force International : - This is the service we recommend. This is at least 50% cheaper than what your friends or family can send it to you, and without the hassle. This air mail service aims to deliver within 2 to 10 working days after dispatch depending on location. All parcels must be signed for and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. The cost depends on the total weight and destination of the goods. Postage rates become more economical the more you order.
DHL Express is an air mail service. This service aims to deliver your parcel within 1 to 6 working days from dispatch, with many countries offering a next day service. All parcels must be signed for and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. The cost depends on the total weight of your goods and destination country. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service to PO Boxes.
European Road is a road service by DHL with varying delivery times. All parcels must be signed for and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. The cost will depend on the total weight of your parcel.
TNT Economy Express is a road service except to islands where an air service may be used for part of the journey. There are varying delivery times. All parcels must be signed for and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. The cost will depend on the total weight of your parcel.
Royal Mail Air mail: - These services are for small packets. All parcels must weigh under 2Kg, so your order may be split into a number of boxes.This is ideal for smaller orders that are less urgent. Price and timescales depend on the total weight of your order and the final destination. Please note that transit times are in working days and a tracking facility is not available. If your order is more then 2Kg this option will not be available.
Orders to UK addresses are sent with Parcelforce. All parcels must be signed for and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
We may, at our discretion, send your order with an alternative courier which could alter the estimated delivery timescale. We may do this due to remote delivery locations, industrial dispute disruptions or any other reason.
Increased security measures have resulted in couriers limiting quantities of liquids on aeroplanes. As a result, we may, at our discretion, substitute smaller containers of fluids destined for certain destinations, or we may decline an order and refund your money if no suitable alternative exists.
Customs and Import duties are applicable to all parcels and it is up to you as the customer to check any restrictions or charges (including quarantine fees) that are applicable in your country as we will not be held responsible for these charges.
If your goods are returned to us by your selected courier and an attempted delivery has been made (as shown on couriers website) then we will contact you via e-mail to arrange redelivery, but will have to recharge you for the shipping costs incurred.
